The UK is a very popular holiday destination and there is never a shortage of overseas exchangers looking for an exchange here. Although large cities are often popular, the UK is such a compact country that within an hour or two's drive of almost anywhere there are plenty of historic sites and attractions.
When making offers, assume that they do not know your area. Make it easy for them to see how many wonderful places can be visited from your home such as historic cities, stately homes, beautiful coastline, national parks, country pubs, sporting attractions, farmers markets etc. Include all of this information on your listing and include photos with captions saying how far away they are. When you write to them initially, explain that 'My area is great because...'
